Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident and stylish in your Popsy Clothing; if your new pieces aren't a perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip provided by our portal.

  Drop Off or Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or local post office.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
